Heat treatment practice: solution annealing 1020 ~ 1060 ℃ rapid cooling, hardness: ≤ HB 363

Class 1、solution treated 1020 ~ 1060 ℃, aged 470 ~ 490 ℃, air cooled.

Yield strength, Rp0.2 ≥ MPa: 1180

Elongation, A5 ≥ (％): 10.0
Reduction of area, Z ≥ (％): 40.0
Hardness via heat treatment / HBW.: 375 min.

Class 2、solution treated 1020 ~ 1060 ℃, aged 540 ~ 560 ℃, air cooled.

Yield strength, Rp0.2 ≥ MPa: 1000

Reduction of area, Z ≥ (％): 45.0

Class 3、solution treated 1020 ~ 1060 ℃, aged 570 ~ 590 ℃, air cooled.
