Major characteristic EN 30B is a 4.0% Ni-Cr-Mo high hardenability, high tensile strength steel.

MELTING PROCESS
This alloy is generally smelt in Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), EAF+LF+VD, LF + Electroslag remelting (ESR).
For a purpose of superior quality, it should be smelt via technology of vacuum refining or by agreement.

Round bar / disc (diameter): 6.0 to 550mm
Square bar / flat bar: T10 ~ 500 X W15 ~ 1000mm
