MECHANICAL PROPERTIES - HEAT TREATMENT PRACTICE

Heat working temperature : 1200 ~ 800 degree centigrade
Heat treatment temperature : quenching: 840 degree centigrade, oil cooled
Heat treatment temperature : tempering: 180 degree centigrade, air or oil cooled

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
15ХГH2TА is usually produced by EAF + VD + LF / BEF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different level according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright in the annealed condition, or bright annealing specially.
Final heat treatment: quenched and tempered.
Rod, round bar, disc (diameter): 6.0 ~ 820 mm
Square bar, flat bar (width) : 10 ~ 550 mm
Plate, sheet via cold & hot rolled / forged: THK 0.5 ~ 320 X wide 20 ~ 800 X L mm
