MELTING PROCESS
This alloy is generally smelt in electric arc furnace EAF LF VD / BEF + Electroslag remelting (ESR).
For a purpose of higher quality, it should be smelt via technology of vacuum refining.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Alloy tool steel is widely used to produce the cutting tool, cold / heat distortion mould and measuring implements,
and further to manufacture the piston, valve, valve seat of fuel pump of diesel engine.

PRODUCT PROFILE AND AVAILABLE FORMS
Round bar (Diameter): 5.5mm to 650mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 800mm
Length: random length, fixed length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T60 - 400mm X W60 - 1000mm X L1000 - 5000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
