MELTING PROCESS AND APPLICATIONS
The steels shall be manufactured by melting process EF + ESR, EAF+ LF + VD, VIM + ESR can be handled by agreement. Alloy structural steels are widely used in the filed of ship, vehicle, airplane, guided missile, weapons, railway, bridges, pressure vessel, machine tools, mechanical components with a bigger sectional size and so on.

PROFILE AND DIMENSIONS
Round bar / disc (diameter): 6.0 to 850 mm
Square bar / flat bar (Width X Thickness): 10 to 500 mm
Length: random length, or based on the customer's special requirement.
Steel strip: T0.3 ~ 3 X W10 ~ 200 X L mm in Coil
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T6 ~ 400 X W12 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 5000 mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM requirement.
