PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The
alloy is usually produced by EAF / BEF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied black/bright in the annealed condition.
Final heat treatment - solution treatment.
 
AVAILABLE PRODUCT PROFILE
Round bar / disc (diameter): 6.0 to 850 mm
Square bar / flat bar: 10 to 600 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T6 ~ 400 X W15 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 5000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T0.5 ~ 6 X W10 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 2000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.3 ~ 3 X W10 ~ 200 X L mm (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.
