MAIN FEATURES AND MELTING PROCESS
The steels shall be manufactured by melting process EF, LF + EAF+ VD, IFF + ESR Melted. VIM + ESR can be handled by agreement.
Forgings may be furnished in one of the following conditions: stress relieving; annealing; solution treatment; solution treatment and ageing; normalizing; normalizing and tempering; or quenching and tempering.

Round bar (Diameter): 5.5mm to 800mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 3mm to 800mm
Length: random length, fixed length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Steel strip: T0.20 ~ 3mm X W10 ~ 2000mm X Coil.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T60 - 500mm X W50 - 1200mm X L1000 - 5000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts with flanks / discs / tubes / slugs / donuts / cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
