The alloy is usually produced by VIM / CVM followed by electroslag refining (ESR), Vacuum Arc Melting (VAR) if necessary for special purpose.
Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' specific requirements.
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter) 5.5mm to 300mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 400mm
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T6 - 400mm X W60 - 1000mm X L1000-12000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, and other different shapes based on OEM.
