ASTM A638 Grade 660 is a high alloy content of creep-resisting 15Cr-26Ni-1Mo-2Ti-V Aged Austenitic steel, Stock Available Round bar, Wire, Sheet and forgings.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy is usually produced by AOD / VOD / VIM followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied black/bright in the softened condition.
Final heat treatment - solution treatment + aged.
