PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ASTM A565 Grade 616 (S42200 / 1.4935, X20CrMoWV12-1 ) alloy is usually produced by BEF + AOD / BEF / EAF + VD + LF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright in the annealed condition.
Final heat treatment - Quenched and tempered + Stress relief annealing.
Chemical equipments and parts.
Mechanical parts used in the condition of corrosion resistance.
Bolt and nut, Valve and pipings, Pressure vessel.
Round bar / rod / disc (diameter): 6.0 ~ 800 mm
Square bar / flat bar: 10 ~ 600 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirements.
Forging piece: stepped shafts / other different shapes based on OEM.
