FEATURES AND CLASSIFICATIONS
Valve steel is an important sub-branch of heat resistant steels, the special material is for processing the vent valve & intake valve of combustion engines. This steel material is always under the high temperature 450 ~ 900℃ and in the operating conditions of 3000~7000kPa explosion pressure. It longly stands up to the gas-fired high temperature corrosion,scouring of gasoline,diesel and also friction from valve seats. Hence, the valve steel material must have enough heat resistance,high temperature resistance corrosivity,inoxidizability,abrasive resistance and impact resistance under the highest working temperature.
REMELTING PROCESS
Valve steel is generally smelt in electric arc furnace or induction furnace. For higher quality,it should be smelt via technology of vacuum refining and external refining.

Forging piece: stepped shafts, and other different shapes based on OEM.
