PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
14Cr11MoV is usually produced by EAF / AOD / BEF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose.
Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied in the annealed, peeled condition.
Final heat treatment - quenched and tempered.

Square bar & flat bar: 8 ~ 640 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy / middle plate via hot rolled: T 6 ~ 400 X W 20 ~ 1200 X L mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T 0.5 - 6 X W 60 ~ 1000 X L mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T 0.4 - 3 X W 10 - 350 X L (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.

Heat treatment practice: annealing 690 ℃, furnace cooling (delivery hardness HB 200 max.)

Quenched 1050 ~ 1100 ℃, air cooling

Tempered 720 ~ 740℃, air cooling.
Tensile strength, Rm ≥ MPa: 685
Yield strength, Rp0.2 ≥ MPa: 490

Elongation, A5 ≥ (％): 16.0
