MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY - SMELTING
Type X12CrNiMoV12-3 is generally smelt in electric arc furnace + VD or induction furnace. For higher quality,it should be smelt via technology of vacuum arc refining and external refining.
 
PROFILES AND DIMENSIONS
Rod & round bar & disc: 6.0 ~ 900 mm
Square bar / flat bar: 10 ~ 600 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy / middle plate: T6 ~ 300 X W20 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 4000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T1.0 ~ 6 X W100 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 2000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.5 ~ 3 X W10 ~ 200 X L (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.
