PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
S41800 is usually produced by BEF + AOD / EAF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright in the annealed condition.
Final heat treatment - Quenched and tempered.

Round bar & rod 7 disc (diameter): 6.0 ~ 800 mm
Square bar & flat bar: 8 to 600 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.5 - 3 X W5 - 300 X L (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts, and other different shapes based on OEM.
