PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Grade 1.3816 is usually produced by EF, EAF followed by electroslag refining ESR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright condition.
Final heat treatment: solution treated, cold worked, cold expanded.

Square bar, flat bar: 8 to 600 mm
Forged retaining ring: OD100 ~ 1220 X ID40 ~ 1000 X H100 ~  800mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, and other different shapes based on OEM.
