MAIN FEATURES: MP35N is an ageing hardened Nickel-Cobalt base alloy that has a unique combination of properties - ultra high strength, toughness, ductility and outstanding corrosion resistance. MP35N resists corrosion in hydrogen sulphide, salt water and other chloride solutions. It also has excellent resistance to crevice and stress corrosion cracking in sea water and other hostile environments.

The alloy is usually produced by AOD / VOD /VIM followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose.
Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright surface in the annealed condition.
Final heat treatment - solution treatment

Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.1 - 3mm X W5 - 200mm X L (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T0.5 - 6mm X W600- 1000mm X L1000 - 2000mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.1 - 3mm X W5 - 200mm X L (or in coil form)
