PRODUCT MELTING PROCESS
1.3812 is usually produced by AOD / EAF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied peeled bright condition.
Final heat treatment - solution + aged.

Round bar & disc (diameter): 6.0 to 800 mm
Square bar / flat bar: 10 to 600 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T7 ~ 300 X W15 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 5000 mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.
