PRODUCT MELTING PROCESS
Alloy Steel 1.3813 is usually produced by AOD / EF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied peeled bright in the hot rolled/forged condition.
Final heat treatment: solution treated, cold worked.

Round bar & rod & disc (diameter): 6.0 to 750 mm
Square bar / flat bar: 10 to 600 mm
Heavy / middle plate via hot rolled: T7 ~ 400 X W15 ~ 1000 X L1000 ~ 5000 mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.
