This alloy is generally smelt in BEF or VIM + Electroslag remelting (ESR). For a purpose of superior quality, it should be smelt via technology of vacuum refining or by agreement.
It is suitable for applications such as high tensile shafts, bolts and nuts, gears, pinions spindles and so on.
PROFILES & DIMENSIONS
Round bar / disc : 6.0 to 850 mm
Square bar / flat bar : 10 to 550 mm
Wire rod: 1.0 to 13.0 mm
Steel strip: THK0.5 ~ 3.0 X width 10 ~ 550 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Other different shapes based on OEM.
