Quenched and tempered Martensitic Steel X14CrMoVNbN10-1 high temperature alloy steel is used for larger preshaped components in turbine and generator installations, shafts and discs.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy is usually produced by EAF / VD / LF, AOD followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different level according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright in the annealed condition, or bright annealing specially.
Final heat treatment - Quenched and tempered.

Round bar / Disc (diameter): 5.5mm to 1000mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 8mm to 600mm
Steel sheet: thickness 1.0 ~ 4.0mm, width 10 ~ 1000mm X length 1000/2000mm - Standard size

Forged steel shape: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM
