PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MT 317 is usually produced by EAF / AOD / BEF followed by electro-slag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose.
Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied in the annealed, peeled condition.
Final heat treatment - annealing.

Rod / round bar / disc (diameter): 6.0 ~ 700 mm
Square bar & flat bar: 10 ~ 600 mm
Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy / middle plate via hot rolled: T3 ~ 350 X W20 ~ 1200 X L mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T 0.5 ~ 3 X W20 ~ 1000 X L mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T 0.3 ~ 3.0 X W15 ~ 300 X L mm (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.
